What will I Learn in the course?

A Structured 4 - 8 Week Mindfulness Now Stress Reduction Programme (MNSR).

MNSR provides fusion of key elements of the scientifically proven Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programme, created by Jon Kabat-Zinn, and the Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), developed by Dr Mark Williams and colleagues of the University of Oxford.

MBCT builds on MBSR and offers a breakthrough in the clinical treatment of depression, anxiety, and emotional trauma. It is recommended by the National Institute of Clinical Excellence (NICE) as a treatment option for various health conditions.
