Vimla is a professional with a diverse background spanning mental health, corporate leadership and holistic wellness. With her experience as a former Registered Mental Health Practitioner in the NHS and extensive work in the corporate sector, she brings a unique perspective. Her track record includes delivering comprehensive training sessions across sectors such as the NHS, Pharmaceutical Industry, Real Estate, Hospitality, Local Authority, Education, and more.
One of Vimla’s strengths lies in her ability to understand the challenges faced by business leaders and entrepreneurs in maximising productivity while ensuring their own wellbeing and that of their staff. She recognises the delicate balance required to achieve both objectives and offers a roadmap for success in corporate and individual wellness.
Vimla’s transition from a successful corporate career to a focus on Mental Health, Mindfulness, and Ayurvedic practices underscores her commitment to holistic well-being. Her approach combines professional acumen, personal resilience and Ayurvedic wisdom, providing a solid foundation for her courses, workshops, talks, wellbeing days, coaching, and consultations.
In her work with private clients, Vimla leverages her expertise in integrating Western and Eastern health practices, along with the transformative power of Mindfulness and Ayurveda. Each session with her and her team of instructors/practitioners is designed to be a step toward a healthier, happier, and more fulfilling life.
Outside work, Vimla enjoys golf, swimming, writing, travelling and learning about different cultures & cuisines. Being bi-lingual French, she loves spending time in France.
Katie is an experienced wellbeing practitioner, complementary therapist, teacher and facilitator. She offers a range of wellbeing workshops, including face yoga, aromatherapy, guided meditation/ relaxation, wellbeing through the menopause and sound baths.
Katie has been practising complementary therapies for over 15 years and is passionate about wellbeing and its role in supporting health. Katie is qualified in a wide range of complementary therapies, including aromatherapy massage, reflexology, forest bathing, sound therapy, meditation instruction, face yoga and Reiki.
Karen supports Vedasante Health with her expertise in social media management and administrative services. Karen is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience as a corporate Events Coordinator and Team Leader.
Holding a degree in Management with distinction, she transitioned to freelancing in 2020. Outside of her work, Karen treasures family time and her home is shared with three dogs and two cats, who keep her smiling and energised in her free time.
